What You'll Do:
- Serve as a community-based, patient-facing resource, building relationships
- Provide hands-on support to patients and caregivers
- Conduct community events and facility rounding to engage eligible patients
What You Bring & How You Qualify:
- Passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care
- Bachelor’s degree and Bilingual (Spanish)
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
