Responsibilities:

  • Management of LMS Catalog, including course creation, updates, retirement, and user group assignments.
  • Management of Registration and Attendance Platforms, maintaining training calendars and tracking attendance.
  • End User Support, monitoring support portals and resolving LMS-related inquiries and issues.

Program Support:

  • Coordination, Planning, and Execution of L&D programs, assisting with communications and managing registration calendars.
  • Reporting, generating monthly reports on learning completion, evaluations, and attendance metrics.
  • Event Coordination, providing logistical support for in-person events, including shipments and materials.

Administrative and Improvement:

  • Process Improvement, continually seeking ways to enhance current processes and making recommendations.
  • Vendor Relations, communicating business needs with vendors for upcoming initiatives.
  • Utilize tools and technologies to access information, prepare reports, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
