Responsibilities:
- Management of LMS Catalog, including course creation, updates, retirement, and user group assignments.
- Management of Registration and Attendance Platforms, maintaining training calendars and tracking attendance.
- End User Support, monitoring support portals and resolving LMS-related inquiries and issues.
Program Support:
- Coordination, Planning, and Execution of L&D programs, assisting with communications and managing registration calendars.
- Reporting, generating monthly reports on learning completion, evaluations, and attendance metrics.
- Event Coordination, providing logistical support for in-person events, including shipments and materials.
Administrative and Improvement:
- Process Improvement, continually seeking ways to enhance current processes and making recommendations.
- Vendor Relations, communicating business needs with vendors for upcoming initiatives.
- Utilize tools and technologies to access information, prepare reports, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
