Job Description

The Team Supervisor is responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and supervising a group of Customer Service Agents. The supervisor is responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of a work group, including work assignment and attendance monitoring, providing input into selecting, training, developing, and completing performance management. This includes coaching agents to optimal performance through a sound understanding of the business and engagement with their team. The supervisor will track and take action on personnel and payroll issues, as well as conduct performance appraisals and maintain documentation on direct reports. They will also review productivity statistics, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure training needs are met. The supervisor needs to be located in New Mexico.
