Job Description
The Marketing Operations teammate will own and optimize our entire marketing technology stack and campaign operations infrastructure. This role is perfect for a marketing operations specialist who loves building efficient systems, measuring campaign performance, and enabling marketing teams to scale their impact through better processes, data, and automation. This is a critical role within our Growth organization, reporting to Ops while working as an embedded partner to our marketing team.
You'll be responsible for the operational backbone that enables our marketing team to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality leads efficiently. You'll own lead scoring, attribution reporting, campaign measurement, marketing automation, and the seamless handoff from marketing to sales. The person in this role needs to understand the modern B2B marketing funnel, know how to measure what matters, and can build the operational processes that turn marketing spend into predictable revenue growth.
