Job Summary:
- Setting up orders to ensure all necessary information was submitted.
- Calling clients to confirm order details and obtain any missing information.
- Counseling clients on additional product solutions to assist client communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply acceptability guidelines to submitted content.
- Provide effective verbal and written communication to clients and colleagues.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of PR Newswire product and service offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, communications, English or related field.
- Experience in client engagement and calling to confirm and pitch add-ons.
- Proficiency with multi-tasking on a computer, using Microsoft Word, Web browsers and e-mail.
