This role will also be responsible for transitioning current employers from external vendors or partners to internal management, ensuring a smooth migration while maintaining service excellence. With a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and quality, the Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in enabling Horizons to deliver unparalleled service to our clients worldwide.
Key responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suitable EOR partners, establishing partnerships with local payroll providers and tax advisors, negotiating terms, and monitoring partner performance.
