Responsibilities:
- Perform review of supplier invoices to ensure appropriate supporting documentation.
- Provide backup support to A/R to ensure appropriate supporting documentation.
- Process AP/AR related transactions.
Accounts Payable:
- Enter supplier invoices in the ERP sub-ledger.
Accounts Receivable:
- Maintain database of customer-level contractual pricing.
- Generate customer invoices using multiple different processes.
ERP Data Maintenance:
- Ensure records related to the maintenance of this data are complete and accurate.
- Provide available capacity to support data requests for internal and external audit.
