Director, Finance

Position Purpose:

• As a direct report to the VP, Finance, ensure effectiveness and compliance of accounting and reporting functions.
• Manage fiscal functions in accordance with GAAP and ethical standards.
• Ensure organizational integrity and transparency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct general accounting function with best practices in GAAP.
• Oversee balance sheet and income statement for accurate reporting.
• Review monthly closing reports and manage financial analysis.

People Management:

• Recruit, train, and cultivate professional development of direct reports.
• Create a supportive team impactful across the organization.
• Monitor progress and implement countermeasures as needed.
