Job Description
Seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to drive the next generation of Lime vehicles and accessories. Align & influence key stakeholders in Product Management, Hardware Engineering, Firmware/Software Engineering, and Operations to drive roadmap planning and execution of large-scale programs. Lead cross-functional development from concept to delivery, overseeing software deliverables across globally distributed, cross-organizational teams. Take deep ownership of program outcomes by proactively anticipating risks, identifying dependencies, reducing ambiguity, and eliminating roadblocks. Communicate program health updates regularly with senior leadership & executives on schedule, status, risk, and change control. Create and streamline processes & mechanisms that increase efficiency and speed, driving best practices to ensure long-term product success. Mentor & develop within the program management function.
