The Technical Program Manager (TPM) role within the Motive Hardware organization involves taking total ownership of product development projects and driving them to a successful completion. The TPM will coordinate the contributions of a wide variety of internal FW teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within specification, also aiding the go-to-market process.

Define the strategic vision, own the long-term roadmap, and drive teams to execute on that vision as a principal product manager; responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, working across engineering, design, research, operations, finance, and policy teams.

Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team to deliver next-generation vehicles and accessories from concept to launch. Facilitate deep technical discussions across various teams, focusing on product architecture, design/development tradeoffs, and integration of multiple technologies. Provide program health updates across stakeholders, ensuring alignment between program and cross-functional teams.
