Payroll Specialist

Payroll Processes: Demonstrate strong enthusiasm toward payroll processes, accuracy and excellence; Manage and respond to payroll/garnishment/tax email boxes answering team requests; Maintain proper payroll processing supporting documentation in an organized manner.

Payroll Expertise: Reconciling payroll totals to preprocessing reports; Knowledge of deduction management and garnishments; ensuring payroll records are accurate, complete, and well-maintained.

Assistance & Support: Assist Sr. Payroll Manager with sending payroll reminders and communications to stakeholders; backup support for payroll processing when a payroll team member is out on vacation; General Assistance to the payroll department.
