Role Overview:
- Lead distributor and territory-level strategies to drive mutual growth and optimize performance.
- Own distributor P&Ls, manage key accounts, and influence go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Set strategy at the territory and distributor level to hit sales targets.
- Lead distributor engagement, business planning, and national chain execution.
- Develop the Sales Execution Manager and Field Sales Representatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of beverage company experience in distributor management or sales.
- Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with VIP, IRI, Nielsen, or Power BI.
