The Partner Success Director will own Bestow’s relationships with our top clients, who are leading life insurance companies. This role involves working closely with the Revenue team and cross-functional teams to oversee the growth, expansion, and management of enterprise-level accounts. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, customer-oriented self-starter capable of navigating internal and partner dynamics to drive growth.
Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor by understanding the partner’s strategy and priorities, driving end-to-end implementation of new feature deliveries, leading post-sales partner success, and serving as the key relationship manager with partners’ working teams. The role involves sales planning and forecasting, driving adoption, and implementing growth initiatives.
