Job Description

The Partner Success Director will own Bestow’s relationships with our top clients, who are leading life insurance companies. This role involves working closely with the Revenue team and cross-functional teams to oversee the growth, expansion, and management of enterprise-level accounts. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, customer-oriented self-starter capable of navigating internal and partner dynamics to drive growth. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor by understanding the partner’s strategy and priorities, driving end-to-end implementation of new feature deliveries, leading post-sales partner success, and serving as the key relationship manager with partners’ working teams. The role involves sales planning and forecasting, driving adoption, and implementing growth initiatives.
