Role Overview:
- Conduct payer audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in healthcare billing.
- Focus on home infusion services and revenue cycle operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review claim submissions, identify discrepancies, and investigate root causes.
- Perform quarterly quality audits and support employee training.
- Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures and special projects.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in home infusion revenue cycle operations.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state billing regulations and payer requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic medical terminology.
