About the Role:
- Manage assigned payers on the Revenue Cycle Management team, tackling complex billing challenges to drive operational excellence.
- Investigate claim denials and navigate payer requirements, ensuring claims are resolved accurately and prioritized effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in healthcare billing, insurance, patient relations, or medical claims.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies, claim processing, appeals, and recoupment procedures.
- Intermediate proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables and data formatting.
