Billing Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues Clients and Therapists raise via Phone and Live Chat.
• Dig deep into problems to identify root causes and work with Product teams to improve the platform.
• Serve as the customer's go-to resource and advocate, ensuring they feel heard and supported.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial & government payors.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes, preferably in mental health.
• Experience with Claim MD or Availty, verifying benefits and reading EOBs.
