Portfolio & Trial Oversight:
- Oversee a portfolio of 3-5 active trials, supporting Project Leads to ensure trial success.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex trial challenges, taking a solution-focused approach.
- Ensure effective resourcing, timeline management, and strategic guidance.
Commercial Management & Business Development:
- Contribute to early stages of the sales process, supporting the Commercial team in prospect engagement.
- Manage commercial matters within agreed SOW parameters, including scope clarifications.
- Own broader sponsor account relationships and strategic account management.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Line manage 3-5 Project Leads and Project Associates, providing performance reviews.
- Serve as advisor, coach, and mentor to the trial team and act as a best practice resource.
- Lead training programs (internal and external) and demonstrate team building excellence.
