You’ll report to the Manager of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with our go-to-market team to support and optimize our sales processes. Review and assess sales calls using our call intelligence platform (Gong) Record detailed observations and assess calls based on compliance with established sales processes Develop expertise in Gong and Salesforce to identify performance patterns and trends across the sales team.
