General Counsel

This is a tech generalist position at a well-funded startup at the heart of the AI revolution in Legal Tech. You’ll have broad scope and opportunity to impact key components of the business as it scales, focusing on privacy, data security, and tech transactions. This role reports to the General Counsel. The best candidates will have deep experience with (a) domestic data security and privacy laws, particularly in connection with protected health and other sensitive personal information, and (b) a well-grounded background in technology transactions, including enterprise software agreements and other technology vendor agreements. The best of the best will also be able to contribute outside of their core areas of expertise.
