Job Description
The Market Director has a pivotal leadership role in informing strategic planning. This role is accountable for implementing programs to drive performance improvement. They provide expert consultation to senior business leaders at the market level.
-Leads implementation of market-level clinical systems in collaboration with staff, IT, Consultants and educators
-Provides oversight related to maintaining and improving application standards for architecture and workflow adoption
-Creates tactical plans for EHR change management in alignment with company's strategies
-Acts as business sponsor for new changes, model effective change strategies
-Coaches others to achieve optimal performance
