Quality Assurance Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead quality assurance and audit activities across Bula’s regulatory database, production workflows, client reports, jurisdiction spot checks, and other quality reviews.
• Analyze audit findings and recurring quality issues, document trends in Jira, recommend corrective actions, and help implement process improvements.
• Own and continuously improve quality-related SOPs and documentation so processes are measurable, repeatable, and audit-ready.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality auditing, process improvement, or a closely related environment.
• Direct experience performing quality audits, identifying process gaps, conducting root cause analysis, and translating findings into improvements.
• Experience leading or managing people, with the ability to coach for quality, consistency, and professional growth.
