Director of Product, Care Delivery

This is a leadership opportunity to reimagine the Virta program model itself as we scale from helping 100k members to 1M and beyond. You’ll lead product development across our care platform and orchestrate new ways for clinicians, coaches, data, AI, ML and traditional software to deliver high-quality, high-efficiency outcomes at scale. This includes driving the product vision for how care is initiated, managed, personalized, and continuously improved—from both a clinical and operational lens. You will also manage and grow a team of product managers, with accountability for long-term clinical capacity, care model innovation, and cost-effectiveness. Extend our care team facing AI and ML systems to continue to eliminate time spent on routine care, freeing our teams to focus on the powerful care team moments that change lives.
