Head of Security

Role Overview:

• Own the security function end-to-end, including incident readiness and regulatory obligations.
• Serve as the bridge between engineering and legal departments, collaborating with leadership.
• Build scalable security programs, processes, and teams for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Operationalize security across every function of the company.
• Maintain a world-class security posture while enabling a lean company to move fast.
• Inherit and scale a strong foundation in security for the next phase.

Collaboration:

• Report directly to the CEO and work closely with engineering and legal leadership.
• Focus on customer trust and day-to-day security fundamentals.
• Position security as job zero, prioritizing system security above all.
