Recruiter (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize roles based on business impact, manage pipelines with urgency, and consistently deliver against hiring targets while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and continuously refine hiring strategies based on market and industry insights.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, aligning on role requirements and influencing decisions with data and insight.
