Flex is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team and drive our growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with & building relationships with potential clients, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. The Business Development Representative will have the opportunity to master the fundamentals of sales, contribute to the expansion of our user base, and play a pivotal role in the company's success.
They also utilize CRM and sales tools, ensure seamless transition of qualified leads, engage with key decision-makers, build and maintain a strong pipeline, and stay updated on industry trends.
