Community Operations Lead

Help scale and streamline one of the most distributed and engaged communities in crypto. Work alongside the Head of Community with visibility across product, marketing, and ecosystem. Shape internal operations while empowering 15+ community contributors around the world. As a key partner to the Head of Community, you’ll be instrumental in driving operational excellence, strengthening contributor support, and surfacing insights that influence product, marketing, and ecosystem priorities. Provide playbook guidance and operational support to regional CMs to increase participation and execution. Assist in evaluating applications, following up on deliverables, and maintaining grant dashboards.
