As the Head of Marketing for Decibel, you will be responsible for brand identity, content creation, community engagement, and awareness campaigns for our decentralized full-stack financial exchange. You will work with the Head of Growth on user acquisition/retention, and the Head of Business Development on partnerships. Partnering with external marketing agencies will be a significant part of the job. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in crypto/DeFi marketing.

This role involves defining and owning the go-to-market strategy for user acquisition, liquidity growth, and TVL, focusing on user conversion, signup, and referrals. The Head of Growth will conduct market research, user feedback sessions, and design experiments to attract early adopters and optimize lead generation and activation funnels. Collaboration with product and marketing teams is essential.

As the Head of Business Development (Decibel), you will drive liquidity acquisition, strategic partnerships, TVL growth and VIP trader onboarding for our crypto trading platform by leveraging deep industry connections to secure high-value collaborations with DeFi protocols, institutional traders, liquidity providers, and influencers.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the firm’s risk management framework across market, trading, and exchange operational risks. This individual will ensure robust risk controls, real-time monitoring, and crisis response mechanisms while working closely with engineering, trading, and executive teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in derivatives risk modeling, crypto markets, and financial engineering.

We're looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join Aptos Labs and help us define the future of consumer crypto experiences. This role isn’t just about designing in Figma, it’s about contributing to the design culture and direction of a high-velocity team inside a deeply technical organization. You’ll be joining a small but ambitious design team building products from the ground up across our flagship wallets, DeFi products, and broader onchain consumer experiences.
