Job Description

Verathon is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to become the newest member of our Customer Care Team. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing total customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations. Responsibilities include responding to calls and requests for products, training, general information, and moderate level technical support issues. This role also involves processing customer orders efficiently, maintaining and updating databases, issuing return authorizations, and researching customer’s accounts receivable issues to assist in their resolution. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting equipment and software problems, providing follow-up calls, and promoting additional revenue through suggestive sales.
