Job Description
Manages casework throughout assigned regions, acting as the first point of contact for all account questions, escalations, and urgent requests, guiding difficult cases and possesses the ability to assist with submissions as needed. Validates patient insurance coverage, addressing any benefit/coverage issues, checking PA requirements, and initiating requests coordinating paperwork, clinical notes, and forms for submission. This role will require some travel to enhance collaboration and ensure the successful completion of projects. The candidate will follow up frequently to ensure visibility on authorization status throughout process. Relaying information and providing timely updates to accounts.
