About the Role:
- Lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of AI-powered solutions within Smarsh's compliance and data archival platform.
- Combine deep product expertise with AI/ML fluency to drive innovation and accelerate market adoption.
- Create a seamless experience for developers to provision, manage, and scale application backends.
What You'll Do:
- Own the vision and strategy for workload assets, developing a clear product roadmap aligned with engineering goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between Product and engineering, translating business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Define and analyze metrics to measure product success, including developer satisfaction and reliability.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering developer-facing products.
- Strong technical background in software engineering, SRE, or cloud architecture, with at least 1-year leading AI/ML products.
- Deep knowledge of AWS ecosystem and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
- Advanced AWS expertise and certifications.
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade products in a high-growth environment.
