Proposal & Research Specialist (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare responses to client Requests for Proposals/Requests for Information (RFP, RFI, RFQ).
• Research clients, industries, competitors, and casework using internal resources, legal tools (Lexis, Bloomberg Law, etc.), and public sources.
• Collaborate with attorneys to identify and summarize their prior casework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, mass communications or related field.
• Experience in a marketing, proposal writing, or research-focused role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
