Job Description
Categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate ledgers. Identify discrepancies and make necessary account adjustments and conduct monthly reviews to ensure financial accuracy. Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and provide clear, empathetic guidance via chat, email, and phone. Build meaningful relationships with small business owners.
Proactively identify and resolve issues and take full ownership of client satisfaction and deliverables. Collaborate across teams using tools like Bench App, Salesforce, and Slack. Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico area and able to work North American business hours.
