Lead Automation Engineer

As a Lead Automation Engineer at Envato, you will provide pivotal technical expertise and leadership in the strategic use of low-code platforms and process automation tools. You'll be instrumental in enhancing business outcomes by streamlining workflows, accelerating rapid application development, and empowering citizen developers. You'll guide technical teams and business users in designing and implementing efficient, scalable, and maintainable low-code and automation solutions, while also championing low-code governance, promoting automation best practices, and proactively identifying opportunities for impactful low-code applications. You'll develop and maintain a clear technical vision and roadmap for low-code platform adoption, governance, and integration; collaborate with business users and citizen developers to refine and validate their low-code application and automation designs; and steer the technical evolution of Envato's automation platforms. You will also educate and empower team members and stakeholders on emerging low-code platforms, automation tools, and industry best practices.
