Partner Manager Private Equity/Venture Capital

Vensure Global is in a high-growth phase, and we're looking for a Senior Partner Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic alliances that drive new business and expand our market reach.

You'll identify and establish strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms. You will drive successful client referrals to Vensure Global by closing, managing, and empowering partners by nurturing partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle. You will conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives, partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive channel referral growth, communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and reliably complete agreed-upon deliverables. You will organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, providing clear direction and details on features and benefits. You will train and enable partners and communicate and work directly with key stakeholders across the organization.
