Role Overview:
- Manage the development and execution of medical education training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Ensure programs align with division priorities, company strategy, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver effective education initiatives.
Qualifications:
- College/University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience in training, education, or healthcare.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of training programs and manage calendar of educational events.
- Contribute to budget projections, track activities, and monitor program effectiveness.
- Develop marketing strategies for educational programs and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Work Environment:
- Remote-based in the US with ability to travel as needed.
- Must accommodate global time zone differences, including working after normal hours when required.
