Sr. Instructional Designer (Center for Teaching & Learning Design)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, design, development, and delivery of non-credit courses and special learning initiatives.
• Scope and launch short-form learning experiences like micro-credentials, bootcamps, and executive certificates.
• Conduct needs analyses, create project plans, and evaluate learning effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, education, or related field, plus at least three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Canvas or another LMS, and experience with course-authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to mentor team members.

What We Offer:

• Annual salary range of $66,215–$116,130, commensurate with experience.
