As an Onboarding Specialist, you will facilitate onboarding calls with new Sages, ensuring they feel welcomed and confident in using the platform. You will manage follow-up communication with Sages post-onboarding; addressing questions, clarifying next steps, and encouraging ongoing engagement. You will also conduct re-engagement and activity-promoting calls with Sages to gather feedback and increase product adoption and retention. You will run outbound sourcing efforts to identify, and invite new Sages to join the platform, surface insights and feedback from Sages to the product team to improve the overall platform and Sage experience, and track and analyze Sage engagement trends to identify friction points and propose improvements. You will also partner cross-functionally with Community, Product, and Operations teams to drive Sage activation, sourcing, and long-term success, and serve as a warm and empathetic representative of the Sagetap community.
