Job Description
Financial Oversight: Produce and interpret financial information to support business decisions; deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&L and WIP reports; oversee financial performance reviews and cost-to-complete analysis.
Analysis and Planning: Lead business modeling, forecasting, and budgeting analysis; research internal and external factors impacting business performance; support strategic planning alongside the Director of Group Finance.
Leadership and Development: Set annual performance goals and monitor staff progress; coach the team to deliver exceptional client service; strong leadership skills with the capacity to coach and inspire a high-performing team.
