Job Description
Help customers use TurboTax by delivering friendly and professional service over the phone. Answer inbound calls at the customer service center. Follow company policies and best practices to solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer-friendly tax advice. You'll gain real-world customer service and tech support skills. This is a seasonal role running from January through April. International students on university sponsorships are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills are needed to write and speak clearly, while showing empathy on every call. Ability to understand each customerβs situation and recommend solutions that fit their needs. Stay calm and professional, even when helping customers who are stressed or frustrated. Keep up-to-date on product updates and tax season changes so you can confidently assist customers.
