Product Manager, Client Delivery

Position Summary:

• The Product Manager, Client Delivery leads enterprise client programs on the Lirio platform from concept through launch to measurable results.
• This role owns the client delivery roadmap and its execution, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Define and own the roadmap for client-driven product capabilities, balancing committed client outcomes and product priorities.
• Lead the full product delivery cycle across teams, from concept through build, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the product point of contact for client delivery counterparts, driving alignment on plans, timelines, and expectations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Strong product fundamentals including discovery, requirements definition, and outcomes-driven prioritization.
• Experience leading enterprise product launches and client-facing delivery initiatives.
