Membership:

  • Lead recruitment and retention of new members, including state commissioners, district superintendents, and c-suite executives.
  • Steward day-to-day engagement and design differentiated touchpoints to deepen belonging and value.
  • Track metrics, maintain records, and analyze data to strengthen the member experience and grow the network.

Summit Planning & Execution:

  • Drive end-to-end project management for the signature annual in-person gathering, building timelines and tracking progress.
  • Manage all logistics including sponsor communication, contracts, registration, attendee communications, and on-site operations.
  • Lead on-site execution, troubleshooting in real time to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for all participants.

Cohorts & Coaching:

  • Support planning and execution of cohort experiences like the Emerging State Executives Network.
  • Coordinate with external coaches, facilitators, and experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Manage executive coaching contracts end-to-end, including selection, scheduling, and relationship management.
