Job Description
The Senior Director of Enterprise Technology Strategy will serve as the senior leader responsible for shaping, building, and scaling Harbor’s Enterprise Technology Strategy solution globally. This leader will define the strategic vision, architect digital transformation programs, and lead enterprise-wide technology modernization for law firms and legal organizations. The role requires a blend of business acumen, technology foresight, and change leadership to guide clients through complex transformation journeys — from strategy and design to implementation and value realization.
Key responsibilities for this role will include leadership & strategic direction, client strategy & delivery excellence, business development & market leadership, and team leadership.
