Job Description
The intern will be responsible for project coordination and logistics planning assistance, supporting multistate initiatives, ensuring well-organized and efficient projects/programs, and supporting the roll-out of guides, toolkits, playbooks, and other resources for affiliate knowledge and learning. Day to day, the intern will support administrative tasks, draft preliminary language for deliverables, support survey data collection and analysis of results, create and maintain resource banks, assist in organizing virtual/hybrid workshops and convenings of ACLU affiliates, and assist with tasks that ensure the teamβs grants portfolio and budget are well-organized. This internship is open to undergraduate and graduate students, and requires proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as strong organization skills and excellent communication skills.
