About this role:

  • Lead customer conversations in English, translating mission needs into crisp technical requirements.
  • Deeply understand Loft Orbital's technical solution ecosystem including satellite platforms, in-orbit capabilities, and mission services.
  • Drive development of customer-specific technical solutions and own technical proposal content end-to-end.

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, mission operations, or aerospace engineering, ideally on LEO satellite programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently in English.
  • Experience working across functions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing technical roles (sales engineering, solutions engineering, mission architecture).
  • Demonstrated experience with a variety of LEO missions, including Earth Observation.
