Coordenador de Desenvolvimento

Accountabilities:

• Lead, guide, and mentor software engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
• Participate in defining technical vision, product strategies, and development roadmaps together with Product, Design, and Architecture teams.
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and delivery consistency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar technical leadership role within digital product companies.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and scalable application development with Java and Angular.
• Proven experience managing people, providing feedback, mentoring, and supporting career development.
