Role Overview:
- Support every company through the life of their raise, running weekly calls and preparing founders for investor meetings.
- Own the book of client companies, managing the weekly rhythm and relationship from onboarding through close.
- Bring your own investor relationships to work for the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in capital markets, private placements, or investment management with direct work on private financings.
- Real, current relationships with family offices, HNW investors, or institutional allocators.
- Fluent in deal mechanics, terms, structures, and diligence.
