Contribute to commercial development of programmatic capital solutions including debt JVs and preferred equity programs.

Relationship Management & Coverage:

Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned institutional engagements, ensuring investable universe for 80%+ of transactions.
Act as trusted advisor providing insights into market dynamics and opportunities.
Partner with Structuring, Legal, and Business Management to deliver integrated capital solutions.

Cross-Platform Commercial Support:

Support origination of multi-product opportunities across debt, tax equity, and structured products.
Ensure seamless client experience during transaction execution.
Gather market feedback to inform product development and capital strategy.

Franchise Building:

Serve as visible presence through industry conferences, webinars, and whitepapers.
Deepen relationships across institutional capital ecosystem to expand network.
Support growth of Strategic Institutional Capital group as organization scales.
