The OmniChannel Engineering team builds the experiences that power world-class customer service across the ServiceNow platform. Our applications enable seamless support across web, email, chat, phone, and emerging social channels—helping some of the world’s largest enterprises engage with their customers effortlessly.

As a Software Engineer (IC2), you’ll help design and deliver features end-to-end, champion engineering excellence, and build tools that make developers more productive—both inside and outside our organization. You will also help shape architecture decisions and drive engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, performance). You’ll build tools and frameworks that make developers more productive across the entire ServiceNow ecosystem.
