Director of Subrogation

Role Overview:

• Lead and grow Strala's subrogation function, owning strategy, team performance, and operational execution.
• Build a disciplined, scalable recovery operation that delivers clear results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recovery lifecycle, including investigation, negotiation, arbitration, litigation, and collection.
• Set standards for file assignment, settlement authority, and quality reviews to prevent recovery leakage.
• Recruit, coach, and develop subrogation professionals while managing external partners.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of subrogation or claims recovery experience, including complex property and casualty recoveries.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building or improving recovery operations.
• Strong automobile claims and multi-state subrogation knowledge.
