Sr. Claim Recovery Specialist

Role Overview:

• Identify and pursue reimbursement when benefit plans have paid medical expenses that may be another party's responsibility.
• Manage recovery files, coordinate with attorneys and adjusters, and ensure compliant resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate claims, communicate with carriers and participants, and negotiate recovery matters.
• Review plan documents and apply relevant case law to support recovery decisions.
• Maintain caseload, draft correspondence, and uphold confidentiality.

Requirements:

• One to three years in subrogation, claims recovery, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency.
